新形势下，我国互联网金融发展迅猛。从参与主体、业务模式、运行机制和市场规模四个维度对其现状进行分析，指出互联网金融法律法规缺失、监管主体缺位以及风险复杂多样且影响深远等突出问题，建议构建理论体系和政策框架、完善监管体系和加快推进征信业发展，并提出以互联网金融发展推动金融发展方式转变与结构调整的构想。%In the new circumstances, a rapid development has been gained in China's Internet finance. An analysis is made on the present situation of Internet finance from participators, business mode, operation mechanism and market size, indicating such far - reaching problems as lack of laws and regulations about Internet finance, lack of supervisory body and complication of risks. Suggestions are proposed on constructing the theory system and policy frame, improving regulatory system and speeding up the development of credit reporting industry. The paper also presented the idea that we should promote financial development mode change and structural adjustment in the way of developing Internet finance.
