The paper, with the combination of China's reality, begins from the theoretical analysis of the regional integration and the effect of its incoming foreign capital and then proposes the establishment of coordinating mechanism of FDI policies under the CAFTA framework and the adjustemnt of China's policies on the introduction of foreign capital.
