With the opening of HS+function in the China Unicom, user experience is improved. But because of index lack and low atten-tion on HS+, operation state of HS+function has not been analyzed. How to evaluate the performance of HS+in current net-work and performance bottleneck are the goal of research. Using the COUNTER and performance index united analysis meth-ods, combined with the difference on HS+distribution and performance, from network capability and terminal, area value and feature are considered. At last, research conclusion can guide the optimization.%随着HS+功能在中国联通全网的开启，其对用户体验提升起到了明显的效果，但由于目前的指标体系和优化关注点均未涉及HS+功能，因此其在现网的实际运行状态未得到深入分析，如何评估HS+在现网的表现以及性能瓶颈是研究的目标。采用COUNTER与性能指标联合分析方法，结合现网HS+业务分布与性能表现的差异性，最后从网络支持以及终端分布两方面出发，发现不同区域的特征值并定位瓶颈，最终给出优化手段并给出指导优化的倾向性。
