摘要
Objective: to analyze the efficacy of aspirin combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with hypertension. Methods: patients with hypertension and diabetes treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2020 were selected. The number table was randomly divided into two groups of 50 patients each. The control group was given aspirin and the observation group was given atorvastatin. Standard blood glucose time, standard blood pressure time, blood lipid monitoring level and total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results: the monitoring time of blood glucose and blood pressure in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group (P 0.05), but the monitoring level of blood lipid in the two groups was improved after treatment, and the monitoring level of blood lipid in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: aspirin combined with atorvastatin is effective in treating diabetes mellitus with hypertension. Its application can effectively improve the blood lipid of patients, further improve blood glucose control and blood pressure effect.
