Wuhan University Press drew flak online last mongh for publishing a children’s book that states masked palm civet meat is edible,according to Chinese media reports.The book,which is titled Encyclopedia of Animals,additionally states that the animal’s fat is used in the production of cosmetics,and that its hair can be used to make gloves and brushes.
