采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定无盐咪唑啉中丙烯酸的含量。结果表明，丙烯酸在9.09～77.27µg/mL与峰面积有良好的线性关系（r=0.9995），该方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.1µg/mL和0.3µg/mL；精密度、重复性实验相对标准偏差（RSD）均小于2.0%。丙烯酸的平均加标回收率为90.99%，RSD为2.52%(n=9)。%The content of acrylic acid in salt-free imidazoline was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the linear range of acrylic acid was 9.09~77.27 µg/mL (r=0.999 5), the LOD was 0.1 µg/mL and the LOQ was 0.3 µg/mL. The RSD of precision and reproducibility tests were both less than 2.0%. The average recovery of the acrylic acid was 90.99%, and the RSD was 2.52%(n=9).
