超硬磨料粒度组成标准问题讨论

         

摘要

Some oversize particles could be found when using image analysis system to observe some super abrasive samples . So the surface of work‐piece could be scratched . The results of calculation , according to distribution model of normal grain size and sample tests , indicated that the size of upper limit mesh slot in current standard was too big . It was unreasonable because the upper limit mesh failed to control oversize particle effectively . The results further showed that upper limit mesh screen size should be one sieve number smaller than the norm in GB/ T 6406 — 1996 , because the smaller meshes could filter oversize particle better , under which condition the quality of super abrasive product could be controlled effectively .%针对合格的超硬磨料出现的划伤现象,用图像分析仪分析发现有大颗粒磨料存在。根据正态分布模型计算及实测表明:现行超硬磨料粒度组成标准中,16/18~200/230各粒度号用于限制大颗粒的上限筛筛孔尺寸过大,起不到限制大颗粒的作用,是不合理的。研究结果表明:采用比 GB/T 6406-1996标准中规定的上限筛筛孔尺寸小一档的筛网作为上限筛较为合理,可以较好地控制大颗粒,起到质量把关的作用。
