自蔓延烧结——一种节能降耗的超硬材料砂轮制备新技术

         

摘要

本文以锡青铜为基础结合剂,通过添加铝、钛等活性元素,在冷压成型和600℃的无压条件下,实现了金刚石砂轮的自蔓延烧结,并分析了砂轮的组织结构,对比了自蔓延烧结法制备的金刚石砂轮与普通热压烧结法制备的砂轮在耗电量和磨削性能方面的优劣.结果表明:通过自蔓延烧结使金刚石和结合剂间形成了碳化物;而且自蔓延烧结大幅降低能源消耗,砂轮锋利性明显提高;自蔓延烧结技术应用于超硬材料砂轮的制备是完全可行的.%In this research, the self-propagating sintered wheels were prepared under cold-pressing and 600℃ non-pressure condition, with the tin bronze as base bond and the addition of aluminium and titanium as active element. The microstructure of the grinding wheels was analyzed, and the superiorty of power consumption and grinding performances of self-propagating sintered wheels were also revealed. The results showed that, carbides were formed between diamond and binding agent under self-propagating sintering, thus enhancing the bonding strength at the interface. The power consumption was reduced and the free-cutting performances was improved obviously. The application of self-propagating sintering technology in the preparation of superabrasive wheels is feasible.
