彩色显像管模具锥型芯内腔小孔数控铣床加工与修理

         

摘要

在彩色显像管玻壳模具加工中,锥型芯内腔小孔加工和修理不可避免,而且加工的精度直接影响到产品的成型。多年来美国、日本等国均采用成型刀加工,而且维修时采用切割掉小头部分,然后组装焊接,再加工的方式,这样既浪费材料,又增加加工成本,且新焊接的材料与已经高温使用过的本体材料有差别,造成产品成型质量的不稳定。本文就介绍在数控铣床上加工锥型芯内腔小孔和修理的加工方法。%In the mold processing of CRT glass shell, the small inside hole in funnel-plunger can't be avoided being manufactured and repaired, the precision of which directly affect the part shape.Over the past ten years,the former cutter has being employed in America and Japan, especially during the maintenance,the nose will be cut off, the left will be welded again then it will be employed, which not only wastes the original material but also add the cost,in addition, the newly welded material has difference in the used in high temperature. It readily weakens the stability of the product quality. Such is the repairing and processing technique introduction of the funnel-plunger inside hole employed in numerical control milling.
