冲床防连冲设计

         

摘要

为防止冲床在冲压工件的过程中发生伤残事故,设计了一种机械卡死防连冲保护装置,该装置在原有档块的基础上增加了一个由气缸推动的活动档块来顶替失效的档块动作,采用传感器、AVR单片机来判断原有档块是否失效,再来控制活动档块的动作.软件采用BASCOM-AVR语言编程,实现了系统的稳定性,该自动保护系统可靠性高,在工厂恶劣环境下的能安全运行.%In order to prevent the accident of the punch in the process of stamping the workpiece, a mechanical jamming anti-contingency device protection device was designed.The device adds an active block driven by the cylinder to replace the failed block action based on the original block.The sensor and the AVR MCU are used to judge whether the original block is invalid, and then the action of the active block is controlled.The software is programmed with BASCOM-AVR language to achieve system stability.The automatic protection system has high reliability and ensures safe operation in the harsh environment of the factory.
