目的：：探讨视频演示教育对ICU患者探视家属满意效果的研究。方法：选取2015年1月至9月在某医院ICU患者家属的120名为对照组。2015年10月至2016年5月的ICU患者家属120名为观察组，对照组家属给予常规入科宣教及每天一次，每次30min的探视时间，每次探视人员限制2人。观察组在对照组的基础上在等候室给予播放视频演示教育。比较两组患者家属焦虑程度及对限制探视制度的满意度。结果：观察组在观看视频演示后探视期间询问仪器设备的次数（31次）、因限制探视人数与护士发生冲突的次数（7次）,均较对照组低（分别为96次,23次）两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；患者家属焦虑程度明显降低（37.51±2.67）与对照组（49.36±4.77）相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组家属对限制探视制度满意度（91.67﹪）显著高于对照组（75﹪），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：给予ICU患者家属视频演示教育能够减少探视期间因限制探视人数与护士发生冲突的次数和询问仪器设备次数，降低患者家属焦虑程度，提高对限制探视制度的满意度。%objective:To explore the effec of video demonstration on the degree of satisfaction of ICU patients’.visiting family members.Methods:120 ICU patients’ family members in Qingyun hospital during October 2015 to May 2016 were observed and compared with other 120 ICU patients’ f amily members during January to September 2015.The only 2 family members every ICU patient of two groups were routinely permitted visit the 30 min visiting time once a day.But before visiting,the ICU patient family members of observing group must be given a video demo education in a waiting room.The degree of satisfaction of ICU patients’ families were investigated and analyzed the difference between two groups.Results:The ICU patient family members of observing group the times of asking questions about the clinical instruments and equipments 31times in ICU room were obviously fewer than in control group 96times.Only 7 times conlfict between ICU patient family members and nurses during visiting time were happened in ob observing group,also fewer than 23times in control group.The differences were all signiifcant(P<0.05).The degree of anxiety(37.51±2.67) vs(49.36±4.77) were decrease but the degree of satisfaction(91.67 ﹪ vs75%) were increased in observing group than control group.The differences between two groups existed statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving the video demo education to ICU patients’ family members before their visiting hours can reduce the times of asking questions about the clinical instruments and equipments and conlfict between ICU patient family members and nurses,also can alleviate the degree of anxiety and enhance the satisfaction.
