目的:观察蒙药马蔺子-3味散熏洗配合甲硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效.方法:将108例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分为观察组54例和对照组54例.对照组给予甲硝唑,观察组在此基础上配合蒙药马蔺子-3味散熏洗,3个疗程后对两组临床疗效进行对比观察.结果:观察组总有效率为97.9%,对照组的总有效率为79.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:综上所述,蒙药熏洗联合甲硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎,具有临床疗效显著、安全性高,复发率低等优点,同时患者耐药性小,能够有效稳定阴道内环境,值得临床推广使用.%Objective: To observe the Mongolian horse Lin -3 flavor powder fumigation with the clinical effect of metronidazole in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis.
