本文首先介绍了山东地球站迁建项目的概况，然后分别针对高清和标清系统，通过详细的上行链路计算推导，设计了新站高标清系统的传输码率、带宽、输出功率等主要技术参数。%This paper introduces the relocation project of Shandong earth station,then separately for HD and SD systems,through a detailed derivation of uplink,designs transmission rate,bandwidth,output power and other major technical parameters of new station.
