This paper ifrstly introduces the deifnition and characteristics of cyclic spectrum, and the symbol rate estimation principle. It provides a symbol rate estimation algorithm based on cyclic spectrum. According to the experimental data, proved effectiveness of symbol rate estimation of shortwave digital single channel signal based on cyclic spectrum.%本文首先介绍了循环谱定义与特点、波特率估计原理，然后给出了采用循环谱算法估计信号波特率的流程，结合实验数据，证明了循环谱算法对估计单路典型短波数字信号波特率的有效性。
