The article narrates the content and some forms of embedded user service in brief, systematical y reviews network embedded service, especial y the current situation of the embedded user service provided by the National Library of China, and studies the content and characteristics of various services and their roles in the spread of cultural resources. Then the article puts forward the idea about the network embedded service of cultural resources transmission in library, including the content, forms, technical support and the management mechanism.%简要梳理嵌入式用户服务的主要内容和形式，重点分析国家图书馆嵌入用户移动通讯环境、网络社区环境、工作学习环境以及家庭生活环境的文化资源传播服务现状，研究各项服务的内容、特点以及在文化资源传播中发挥的作用。在此基础上，提出图书馆关于嵌入用户网络的文化资源传播服务在服务内容、形式、技术保障以及管理机制方面的主要思路。
