Libraries of public security col eges are different from libraries of normal col eges and universities. Through analyses on the circumstance the libraries of public security col eges need to support teaching and scientific research service, this thesis puts forward teaching and scientific research service strategy based on disciplinization which includes strengthening the information exchange between departments within university, forming the information system platform and dynamic and three-dimensional service based on the Internet.%公安院校图书馆与普通高校图书馆相比，具有显著不同。在通过分析公安院校图书馆对于支持教学科研的学科化服务所需要的环境分析，提出了建立基于学科化的公安院校教学科研服务策略，具体包括加强学校各级部门的信息交流、构建图书馆信息系统平台和通过网络建立动态立体服务。
