模具行业是国家工业发展的重要基础行业，各种先进的技术首先应用于模具行业，同样，各种先进的管理在模具行业的应用对于我国工业企业的管理也有着重要的借鉴经验。对近几年国内外模具行业技术与管理的发展动态进行了认真的调查了解，并结合公司的现状进行了认真的反思，在这里对模具行业的发展进行浅析。%As an irnportant basic profession in a country's industrial development, Die profession firstly applies many advanced technologies as well as various kinds of advancedmanagements which have significant references for the country' s industrial nterprises. An el ementary analysis is presented in this paper with regard to the development of Die profession,based upon the serious investigation on developing trends of technology & management in die profession at home and abroad in recent years and deeply thinking over our company' s existing conditions.
