无黏土相羟基酸盐钻井液

         

摘要

In this paper, a oxyacid salt drilling fluid system is developed based on the agent oxyacid salt that has performances of stong flocculation and inhibition. The experimental results show that density covers from 1.06 g/cm3 to 2.5 g/cm3 with good rheology, if the density is over 2.0 g/cm3, the high density iron ore powder as weighting material is chosen to replace barite. Moreover, the anti-contamination capability is outstanding that the clay content is over 10%, salt content is over 6%,and CaCl2 is 2%, which is of a new environmentally friendly economical drilling fluid system.%研究出了一种对黏土具有很强的絮凝、抑制作用的新型抑制剂羟基酸盐,并以此建立了无黏土相羟基酸盐钻井液体系.实验结果表明,该钻井液的密度在1.06~2.5 g/cm3范围内可调,流变性能较好;具有很强的抑制黏土水化分散、抗盐、抗钙能力,抗黏土污染能力达10%,抗盐能力达6%,抗2%CaCl2;具有抑制性强、封堵性好的特点,配方简单,性能易于控制,是一种新型、环保、经济的钻井液体系.
