酸化用自生气体系研究

         

摘要

为了降低普通泡沫酸注入井内的摩阻和酸化成本,解决酸液在地层中指进严重、酸化效果差、返排速度慢等问题,提出了自生气泡沫酸体系.实验采用能在酸性条件下发生反应生成氮气的氯化铵和过硫酸铵作为产气剂,并对产气条件进行了优化.按照氯化铵和过硫酸铵的物质的量比为2:3,配制浓度为1.0~1.5 mol/L的反应溶液,在溶液pH值为1、温度为60℃、酸作催化剂条件下,体系可以大量持续产气.而且,在使用常用发泡剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)条件下,该体系可以产生大量泡沫,解决了常规方法不能在酸性条件下产生氮气的问题,实现了酸化时在井内产生泡沫的目的.%A system of self-generating gas foamed acid was developed in this paper, in order to reduce the injecting friction and cost of acidification, and solve the problems of serious fingering, poor acidizing impact and backflow velocity. The experimental results show that ammonium chloride and ammonium persulfate as blowing agents which the molar ratio is 2 : 3, the system can generate a large number of gas continuously with the conditions of pH 1, 60 °C and acid catalysizing in solution with the concentration of 1.0-1.5 mol/L. Moreover, using the common foamer sodium lauryl sulfate (SDS) in this system, a large of foam can be generated to achieve the purpose of generating foam in the well when acidification.
