Y441E-114双向锚定封隔器的现场应用

         

摘要

When setting the existing Y441-114 packer, setting and anchoring are usually accomplished by hydraulic pressure, and is locked by latch mechanism, so as to prevent gel barrel rebounding, and avoid anchor mechanism cone returning back. When being unset, Y441-114 packer can be unset and removed anchoring by the means of picking up string, or first increasing pressure then picking up string, etc. There is no problem in the design concept of these packers in the aspects of setting and removing anchoring. However, due to the downhole complexity and the impact of scale formation, salt formation, corrosion and sand depositing, etc, setting piston mechanism may not return to place, resulting in gel barrel can't rebound, spider cone can't return to place, and eventually making pulling packer out of hole safely difficult. Therefore, according to the above problems, the Y441E-114 packer was optimized and designed. In this paper, the structural characteristics and probable problems in field application of the existing Y441-114 packer were all summarized, and elaborated on the structural design, work principle and characteristics of Y441E-114 packer. Moreover,this packer can be assembled with other packers to compose many technology strings. The application of 12 wells in the oilfield showed that, it had reliable performance and had acquired remarkable economic benefits.%现有的Y441-114封隔器坐封时,坐封与锚定一般通过液压实现,并通过锁紧机构锁紧,防止胶筒回弹,防止锚定机构椎体回退.解封时,有采用上提管柱,有采用先下压再上提管柱等方法实现封隔器解封与解除锚定.这些封隔器在设计思想上解封与解除锚定是没有问题的,但是由于井下情况十分复杂,受结垢、结盐、腐蚀、沉砂等原因的影响,坐封活塞机构可能无法回位,造成胶筒无法回弹,卡瓦锥体无法回位,最终封隔器难以安全起出.针对上述可能存在的共性问题,优化设计了Y441E-114封隔器.文章述了现有的Y441-114封隔器的结构特点及现场应用可能存在的问题;详细阐明了Y441E-114封隔器的结构设计、工作原理、特点.还可与多种封隔器相组配,组成多种工艺管柱.从现场12口井的应用情况看,工艺成功率100%,取得了较好的应用效果.
