谦卑型领导对组织创新模式的影响研究

         

摘要

We investigated the relationship between humble leadership and organizational innovation mode,and examined the effect of strategic orientation between this relationship. We employed the survey data of 287 manufacturing enterprises to make an empirical analysis. The results show that humble leadership has a significant positive effect on incremental innovation ,but has no a prominent effect on radical innovation;Humble leadership has significant positive effects on both market orientation and technology orientation;Market orientation has a significant positive effect on incremental innovation,but has no a promi⁃nent effect on radical innovation;Technology orientation has significant effects on both incremental innovation and radical in⁃novation. The research conclusions enrich the humble leadership theory.%文章检验了谦卑型领导对组织创新模式的影响,并探讨了战略导向在其中所起到的作用。运用287家制造企业的问卷调查数据进行实证分析,结果表明:谦卑型领导对渐进性创新具有显著正向影响,而对突破性创新没有显著影响;谦卑型领导对市场导向和技术导向都具有显著正向影响;市场导向对渐进性创新具有显著正向影响,而对突破性创新没有显著影响;技术导向对渐进性创新和突破性创新都具有显著正向影响。研究结论丰富了谦卑型领导理论。
