细叶美女樱(VerbenaTeneraSpreng)对镉的耐性和富集特征研究

         

摘要

In this study, the pot experiment was conducted to investigate the characteristics of tolerance, absorption and accumulation abilities for cadmium (Cd) of Verbena Tenera Spreng under different Cd concentrations treatments, aiming to explore the feasibility of phytoremediation technology using ornamental plants. This work provided some theoretic evidences for using ornamental plants to restore soils polluted by heavy metals. The results showed that the dry weight of Verbena Tenera Spreng increased at first and then decreased with increasing Cd concentrations, 20~80 mg·kg-1 Cd treatment could promote the growth of Verbena Tenera Spreng, while Cd concentration at 100~120 mg·kg-1 had no distinctive difference in growth, showing that Verbena Tenera Spreng had strong tolerance to Cd. MDA contents and electrolyte leakage in Verbena Tenera Spreng roots were significantly higher than control when the Cd concentration was 20 and 60 mg·kg-1, respectively;the same was ture in leaves when the Cd concentration was 120 and 80 mg·kg-1, respectively. This indicated that Cd induced membrane lipid peroxidation damage in Verbena Tenera Spreng, and the damage degree in roots was higher than that in leaves. Thus, roots stimulated antioxidant defense system to a greater extent, the increment of antioxidant enzymes activity in roots was higher than that in leaves, but the antioxidant enzymes could not completely scavenging membrane lipid peroxidation damage. The Cd content in different organs of Verbena Tenera Spreng showed a trend of this:in roots it was more than that in stems and in stem it was more than that in leaves. The translocation factor was below 1, but Cd accumulation amount in shoots was higher than that in roots, and the highest Cd accumulation amount of shoots was 778.31μg·pot-1. These results indicated that Verbena Tenera Spreng had strong tolerance and accumulation ability of Cd, and it is a desirable phytoremediation germplasm resource in ornamental plant for Cd polluted soil.%为探讨观赏花卉应用于植物修复技术的可行性,以细叶美女樱(Verbena Tenera Spreng)为材料,采用盆栽试验,研究了细叶美女樱对镉的耐性、吸收和富集能力,以期为今后观赏植物应用于重金属污染土壤修复提供理论依据。结果表明,随着镉处理浓度的增加,细叶美女樱干重呈先升高后降低的趋势,20~80 mg·kg-1镉处理能促进植株的生长,100~120 mg·kg-1镉处理对生长无影响,表明细叶美女樱对镉有较强的耐性。镉处理下,根系中丙二醛(MDA)含量和电解质渗透率分别于20和60 mg·kg-1镉处理时开始显著高于对照,叶片中MDA含量和电解质渗透率分别于120和80 mg·kg-1镉处理时开始显著高于对照,说明细叶美女樱受到了氧化伤害,且根系受伤害程度较大;氧化伤害更大程度地刺激了抗氧化防御系统,根系中POD、CAT活性的升高幅度大于叶片中CAT、APX活性的升高幅度,但抗氧化酶不能完全消除膜质过氧化引起的伤害。细叶美女樱各器官中镉含量表现为根>茎>叶的分布格局,植株对镉的转运系数小于1;但是地上部镉富集量高于根系,地上部最大富集量为778.31μg·pot-1。这些结果表明细叶美女樱对镉有很强的耐性和富集能力,是一种良好的修复镉污染土壤的观赏绿化植物。
