为了解海州湾表层沉积物中氮形态的季节变化特征,于2014年春季(5月)、夏季(8月)、秋季(10月)采集沉积物,采用连续分级提取法,测定了离子交换态氮(IEF-N)、弱酸可浸取态氮(WAEF-N)、强碱可浸取态氮(SAEF-N)及强氧化剂可浸取态氮(SOEF-N)4种可转化态氮(TTN)的含量,研究了其季节性赋存特征,同时结合表层沉积物中w(TN)的季节变化特征,探讨各形态氮之间的相关关系.结果表明:各形态氮含量的季节性排序不同,春季, w(SOEF-N)>w(IEF-N)>w(WAEF-N)>w(SAEF-N);夏季,w(IEF-N)>w(SOEF-N)>w(WAEF-N)>w(WAEF-N);秋季,w(SOEF-N)>w(IEF-N)>w(SAEF-N)>w(WAEF-N);各组分氮形态均存在季节性变化,TN、TTN、SAEF-N、SOEF-N表现为秋季高而春夏季低的分布趋势,IEF-N、WAEF-N 则是夏季高春秋季低的变化特征;相关分析表明,春、秋季 w(TTN)与 w(SOEF-N)呈显著正相关,夏季w(TTN)与w(IEF-N)呈显著正相关.表层沉积物氮形态的季节性变化研究,为海洋水环境生态安全评估和氮营养盐释放的评价研究提供参考.%To understand the characteristics of seasonal change of nitrogen forms in the surface sediment. This study presented the sequential extracted surface sediment samples collected from Haizhou Bay in May, August and October 2014 that have been analyzed for ion exchangeable form-nitrogen (IEF-N), weak acid extractable form-nitrogen (WAEF-N), strong alkaline extractable form-nitrogen (SAEF-N), strong oxidant extractable form-nitrogen (SOEF-N). Along with the content of TN, the relationship between various forms of nitrogen was discussed. The order of content from highest to lowest in spring isw(SOEF-N), w(IEF-N), w(WAEF-N),w(SAEF-N), summer isw(IEF-N), w(SOEF-N), w(WAEF-N), w(SAEF-N), autumn isw(SOEF-N), w(IEF-N), w(SAEF-N), w(WAEF-N), respectively. The results also show that the concentration of TN, TTN, SAEF-N and SOEF-N are higher in autumn and lower in spring and summer, IEF-N and WAEF-N are lower in spring and autumn and higher in summer. The correlation analysis shows that the concentration of TTNis significantly correlated to SOEF-N in spring, IEF-N in summer, SOEF-N in autumn, respectively. This study about seasonal variation of nitrogen forms in surface sediments provided foundational data for nitrogen release evaluation and marine ecological security evaluation.
