To ensure projects going well, companies should manage risk in the whole process. For different risk, it should be valued and analyzed firstly and measures are taken on companies' specific risk preference and loss degree. This paper takes Kamchay hydropower station project as an example, analyzing relevant risk and particular risk management in the construction of hydropower station, enhancing the consciousness of risk management, and the risk of identification and evaluation ability.
