高校学生社会性参与对就业起薪的影响——基于问卷调查的实证研究

         

摘要

Based on the data of the Employment Survey of the National University Graduates organized by the Graduate School of Peking University in 2015, this paper quantitatively evaluated the impact of the social participation experience which includes entrepreneurial participation, student worker participation, association participation and internship participation on graduate students'salary, especially the degree of participation. The result shows that the quality of social participation of high education students is not high at present, reflected in the proportions of general student worker participation, general association participation and general internship participation are all more than 60%. Deeply involved in the social participation has a significant positive effect on the starting salary of high education graduates, especially those who have had school cadre experience, association leader experience and more than 3 internship experiences, after graduation they may get a higher pay return. The study also found that entrepreneurial participation is the most helpful way for high education graduates to improve their graduation starting salary level. Under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation", colleges and universities need to optimize the talent cultivation by encouraging students'deeply social participation, so as to effectively improve the employability of graduates.%基于北京大学教育学院2015年组织的全国大学毕业生就业调查数据,本研究定量评估了高校学生创业参与、学工参与、社团参与和实习参与等社会性参与的经历、特别是参与程度对就业起薪的影响.本文的研究表明,当前大学生社会性参与的质量并不高,表现在泛学工参与、泛社团参与和泛实习参与的比率都超过60%;而深度的社会性参与经历对高校毕业生的起薪有显著的正向促进作用,尤其是曾经有过校级学生干部经历、社团负责人经历和3次以上实习经历的高校学生,毕业后可能拿到更高的薪资回报.研究同时发现,创业参与经历是最有助于高校毕业生提升就业起薪水平的社会性参与方式.在"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景下,高等院校需要通过鼓励学生的深度社会性参与,来优化人才培养环节,从而有效提升毕业生的可就业能力.
