民族地区教师专业发展的人力资本模型建构--以贵州三都水族自治县为例

         

摘要

The level of teacher professional development concretely represents the stock of human capital,and the process of teacher professional development means continuous accumulating and appreciating teachers' human capital. According to the investigation on teachers in Sandu county, Guizhou province, we find several problems as follows: the starting point of teachers' human capital is relatively low; the initial human capital discords to the teaching subjects; the structure of human capital is single; professional human capital is weak; etc.. In those cases, in order to promote teacher professional development, cultivate the qualified teachers and ensure the quality of education, it is crucial to set up a new model of human capital appropriate for teacher professional development in the minority regions.%教师专业发展水平是教师人力资本存量的具体表现,教师专业发展的过程是教师人力资本不断积累增值的过程。据我们对贵州三都水族自治县调研发现,民族地区中小学教师存在一般人力资本起点低、初始人力资本与所教学科不对口、人力资本结构单一以及专业人力资本薄弱等问题。因此,要促进少数民族地区教师的专业发展,培养优质的少数民族教师,保障少数民族教育的质量,关键在于建构起一种新的少数民族地区教师专业发展的人力资本模型,进而保证少数民族教师人力资本的积累和提升。
