高考招生制度是我国教育事业的一项基本制度，是公正选拔人才和全面提高教育质量的关键环节；同时，高考招生制度在国计民生中的地位举足轻重，事关人民群众的切身利益、国家和民族的未来，事关教育全局。《教育规划纲要》明确提出要推进考试招生制度改革，完善高等学校考试招生制度。根据《教育规划纲要》精神，我国未来高考招生制度改革的总体方向是：更有利于推进素质教育和创新人才培养，进一步促进教育公平；探索实行社会化考试，实现“教、考、录”三者相对分离，逐步克服“一考定终身”的弊端。%The system of university entrance examination is a fundamental system in educational undertaking in China, which is also the key link to select talented persons impartially and promote educational quality comprehensively. At the same time, the system of university entrance examination plays an utterly important role in the livelihood of the people, which concerns not only about the benefit of the broad masses of the people, but also the future of the country and nation, and the overall situation of education. The Outline of Educational Plan has clearly indicated that the reform of university entrance examination should be carried forward, the system of university entrance examination should be improved. According to the connotation of Outline of Educational Plan, the general trend of university entrance examination in the future in China should follow the principles as follows： to be more beneficial to carry forward the advance of quality-oriented education and the cultivation of innovative talents, to further improve educational equity, to explore socialization examination and achieve the relative separation of ＂teaching, examination and enrollment＂, so as to overcome the shortcoming of ＂deciding all of one＇s life with one exam＂.
