基于高频脉冲电压注入的永磁同步电机无位置传感器技术研究

         

摘要

以隐极式永磁同步电机为研究对象,通过建立高频信号注入时永磁同步电机的响应模型,研究了基于高频脉振的方波电压注入方法,并利用三角函数运算的方式对转子角度和转速进行估计。相比传统的基于高频正弦电压注入转子位置观测方法,其可以有效减少低通滤波器的使用个数,实现转子角度的无延迟估计,提高系统的控制带宽,加快系统的快速响应性能。通过仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。%Taking the nonsalient-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as research object, the responding model of PMSM with high-frequency pulse voltage injection is built, then, the square-wave voltage pulse injection method based on high-frequency vibration is researched, and the angle and rotational speed of rotor are estimated by calculating trigonometric function. Comparing to conventional high-frequency sinusoidal voltage signals injection method for observing the rotor position, it is effective to real-time observe the rotor angle, improve the control bandwidth of the system and accelerate the rapid response performance with less low-pass filter. The simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
