一种高效软开关三电平逆变器死区模式研究

         

摘要

研究了一种新型软开关三电平逆变器(D-NPC).由于此拓扑的独特性,使其可以工作在死区与无死区模式下,且2种模式都可以实现开关管的软开关动作.详细分析了2种模式下的换相过程,通过分析2种模式输出电压的区别,可知无死区模式输出电流基波更高、THD更低,可得无死区模式为D-NPC软开关三电平逆变器较优工况.最后通过Matlab仿真验证了理论分析的正确性.%the research of a novel soft switching three level inverter was presented. Based on the uniqueness of this topology,it could be worked in the dead-zone and non-dead-zone mode,the soft switching action of the switch could be realized in the two modes. The commutation process of the two modes was analysed in detail. By analyzing the difference of output voltage,the no-dead-zone model had higher output fundamental current and lower THD was concluded. So the non-dead-zone mode was the better condition of D-NPC soft switching three level inverter. Finally , the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by Matlab simulation.
