一种低成本永磁同步电机高精度转子位置检测方法

         

摘要

The premise of realizing the vector- control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) de-pends on obtaining the accurate information of rotor position. Adopting high- resolution encoder can achieve good measurement,but increasing the hardware cost of the system inevitably. Using the existing low-resolution encoder,a new way of PMSM′s rotor position detection based on DSP was presented. In this method,the output signal of encoder is divided by high frequency pulse of DSP,which can minimize the measurement error significantly. The measurement error produced during the rotor position calculation is deduced in detail,and the difference of the measurement error deduced by this method and common method is compared. This method makes full use of the resource of DSP and the measurement accuracy is greatly improved with low-resolution encoder. Theoretical analysis and experiment result verify that the method is accurate and practical.%  实现永磁同步电机矢量控制的关键在于转子位置的精确获取。使用高分辨率位置传感器可以提高测量精度,但同时带来了硬件成本大幅增加的问题。为了在不增加编码器分辨率的前提下提高转子位置检测精度,提出了一种利用DSP高频时钟脉冲对编码器输出脉冲细化的方法,对采用该方法进行位置计算所引起测量误差进行详细推导,并与基于传统方法的位置计算的误差进行了比较。该方法充分利用了TMS320LF2407 DSP片内资源,在不增加硬件成本的前提下显著减小了位置测量误差,大大提高了位置传感器的测量精度。理论推导和系统实验均证明了这种检测方法的精确性和实用性。
