基于组态软件的棚车车体自动检测系统

         

摘要

详细介绍了棚车车体自动检测装置的结构和工作原理,阐述了自动检测系统的软、硬件设计.通过超声波传感器和涡电流传感器检测车体的相关尺寸,并将实时数据上传给上位机进行计算、分析后与基准数据进行对比,再根据比较结果对车体进行整改,从而确保产品质量.采用车体自动检测装置后,不仅提高了工作效率,保证了产品的质量,而且提升了检测手段,实现了棚车车体检测的规范化和标准化.%The structure and working mechanism for the automatic measure of a box car was described and expatiated the automatic detection system software and hardware design. Used ultrasonic sensors and eddy current sensors to detect the relevant body size,and real-time data is uploaded to the host computer to calculate,analyze, compare with the baseline data,and then based on compare the results to rectificate of the body to ensure product quality. After using the automatic detection device of the body not only improve the work efficiency, ensure product quality,but also improve the detection method to achieve a box car body normalization and standardization of detection.
