500kV智能变电站二次检修安措研究

         

摘要

The change of sampling mode, trip mode, data transmission makes the secondary maintenance work quite different in smart substation.Security measures of " Obviously Electrical Breakpoints" are no longer applicable.The compositional application of the soft platen isolation, the hard plate isolated, the light loop isolation and the repair mechanisms isolation is an effective means to set the safety measures in the specific scenarios.This paper proposes security measures theory which is adapted to the secondary maintenance work in smart substation and analyzes a typical case of secondary safety measures of single device′s debugging and a line gap overhaul during apower outage.%智能变电站采样、跳闸、数据传输方式的改变使得检修工作面临新的变化, "明显电气断开点"的安措方法已不再适用.软压板隔离、硬压板隔离、光回路隔离、检修机制隔离的组合应用是解决具体检修情景下安措的有效手段.基于此, 提出了适应智能变电站发展新变化的安措方法, 分析了各IED设备检修时的安措, 列举了一次设备停电时单装置调试和线路间隔检修时典型二次安措案例.
