基于渐近电压法的隐极式永磁同步电机转子初始位置检测

         

摘要

永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制系统的高性能运行需要获得转子的初始位置,而装配于PMSM的霍尔位置传感器和增量式光电编码器不具备精确检测转子初始位置的能力.提出利用合适的电压矢量使转子在初始位置处小幅度微动,结合霍尔和增量式光编信号即可精确检测PMSM转子初始位置,且无需复杂的硬件电路和软件算法.试验中基于DSC平台对一台隐极式PMSM的转子初始位置进行检测,证明了该方法的有效性和实用性.%The rotor initial position is necessary to high-performance permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control system,however the rotor initial position can not be detected precisely by hall sensor and incremental encoder.A new method was proposed.The PMSM rotor would rotate a little when suited voltage vector applied,then the rotor initial position could be estimated by hall and encoder signals.The rotor initial position of a SPMSM was detected based on DSC platform,and without complex hardware circuit and software algorithm,validity and practicability of the method was proved in experiment.
