新型轴向磁通双凸极永磁电机设计与建模仿真∗

         

摘要

设计了一种具有双定子的新型结构轴向磁通双凸极永磁电机。使用有限元方法对该新型电机进行分析,得到了空载情况下的自感、磁链等特性曲线。针对该新型电机的特点,给出了双凸极电机的数学模型。参照径向磁通双凸极电机的建模方法,结合获得的绕组自感和磁链数据,搭建了基于MATLAB/Simulink的电机转速、电流双闭环调速系统的模型,成功仿真出该电机的转速、电流、转矩等波形。系统的仿真结果表明该新型电机运行可靠、便于控制。%A new type of flux permanent magnet motor with doubly salient structure ( AFDSPM ) was designed and researched. By means of finite element method, data of inductance and flux could be obtained under no-load conditions. According to the characteristics of the motor, mathematical mode was obtained. A speed and current dual-loop control system simulation modal was built base on the data of winding inductance and flux and the modeling methods of radial flux doubly salient motor. The results of the simulation showed that the new type of motor was reliable could can be easily controlled.
