牵引电机定子绕组匝间故障特征仿真分析

         

摘要

研究牵引电机定子绕组匝间故障特征,在无故障牵引电机数学模型的基础上,假设一定程度的匝间故障;对无故障牵引电机的数学模型进行修正,得到设定故障程度下牵引电机的数学模型;依托 MATLAB仿真平台搭建牵引电机定子匝间故障的仿真模型。仿真结果正确地反映了牵引电机发生定子匝间故障时定子电流的失衡和帕克矢量轨迹的椭圆畸变。牵引电机的定子电流可以实时采集,实现很方便,该研究为牵引电机定子绕组匝间故障的在线诊断提供理了一种可行的方法。%This paper mainly studied The characteristics of stator winding inter-turn fault of pulling motor, the thought of study includes:① assumes a certain degree of inter-turn fault, basing on the mathematical model of no-fault traction motor;② “fixes” the mathematical model of the no-fault motor, then gets the mathematical model of traction motor, in which the fault degree was set; ③ builds the simulation model of motor stator inter turn-fault of traction motor based on the MATLAB simulation platform. The simulation results accurately reflect “unbalance” and“elliptical distortion of Parke vector trajectory” of stator current. The stator current of traction motor can be collected in real time, and the realization is convenient. The study provides the theoretical basis for the online diagnosis of stator winding inter-fault of traction motor.
