通过分析传统脉宽调制(PWM)变频器浪涌电压抑制方法的利弊,提出了能量再利用的浪涌电压抑制方法;基于传输线理论和反射理论,在分析变频器输出的PWM脉冲波在电缆上的传输及反射过程的基础上,分析电机端浪涌电压产生机理及幅值的计算;当连接浪涌抑制单元后,分析浪涌抑制单元的工作原理,并得出各元器件的电流电压波形.通过仿真验证了理论的正确性.%By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional PWM inverter surge voltage suppression method,a new method,energy regeneration of surge voltage suppression was put forward.Through transmission line theory and theory of reflection,meanwhile the transmission and reflection on cable process had been analyzed.Based on these,analyzed the motor terminal surge voltage noise mechanism and amplitude of the calculation.When connected to the surge suppression unit,the surge suppression unit principle of work was analyzed,and the various components of the current and voltage waveforms was concluded.Through lots of experiments,the correctness of the theory had been verified.
