Developed a comprehensive system which could be for efficiency testing electric quantity energy and non-electric quantity data acquisition systems, analyzed the test methods of variety motor system such as pump, air compressor and other electric power system. Proposed a comprehensive electric quantity, non-electric quantity data acquisition device based on STM32F107, and described its modules, the device measures the fan, water pump, air compressor electric quantity of the non-electric quantity parameters, and calculate its various aspects of power so as to arrive the energy efficiency of, the measurement results and calculation results into a comprehensive network of micro-monitoring of energy efficiency, provided the basis for the energy balance of business test.%研制了一种可用于电机系统综合能效检测的电量、非电量数据采集系统,分析了泵、空压机等不同电机系统电功率、轴功率、水功率等各个环节能效的测试方法,在此基础上提出了一种基于STM32F107的综合电量、非电量数据采集装置,并介绍了其模块组成.该装置可测量风机、水泵、空压机的各电量、非电量参数,并计算其各个环节的功率,从而得出其能效情况,将测量结果与计算结果导入微网进行综合的能效监控,为企业的电能平衡测试提供依据.
