双馈风力发电机三相短路状态下的参数辨识

         

摘要

Vector control is mostly adopted in DFIG speed control,which needs motor parameters. The parameter identification of DFIG with three-phase short circuit is studied with the least squares regression method. It is found that,there are DC,AC fundamental and AC harmonics in short circuit current,and their variation law depends on DFIG parameters,slip and rotor excitation voltage. Therefore,the motor parameters can be identified by separating the components of short circuit current and comparing them with the expression of short circuit current. The simulative data of 1.5 MW DFIG validates the feasibility and high accuracy of the proposed method.%双馈风力发电机转速大多采用矢量控制进行控制,为了给矢量控制提供更精确的电机参数,运用最小二乘回归方法研究了双馈风力发电机三相短路状态下的参数辨识方法.研究发现三相短路电流中存在直流分量、交流基波分量和交流谐波分量,各分量的变化规律由双馈风力发电机的参数、转差率及转子励磁电压决定;将各电流分量分离,与三相短路电流表达式对比即可辨识出电机内部参数.1.5 MW双馈风力发电机的仿真数据验证了辨识方法可行,且具有较高的准确性.
