联合采用客观赋权和夹角度量法的电力系统关键线路辨识

         

摘要

准确识别电力系统中的关键线路并对其进行优先加固,对于减小大停电事故发生概率进而提高系统运行的安全性与可靠性具有重要意义.在此背景下,针对复杂的区域电力网络,基于其拓扑结构和运行特性,提出了辨识关键线路的5个指标,包括网络凝聚度变化率、网络生成树变化率、线路连接重要度、网络传输效能变化率和线路加权潮流介数.这些评价指标较为全面地考虑各种相关因素对关键线路辨识结果的影响,克服了单一评价指标的局限性.接着,采用CRITIC (criteria importance through intercriteria correlation) 法来确定指标的客观权重,并利用熵权和肯德尔相关系数分别衡量指标内部的对比强度和指标之间的冲突性.然后,提出了采用夹角度量法的线路综合评价方法,以筛选出电力系统中的关键线路.最后,采用广东某区域电力系统验证了所提关键线路辨识方法的有效性.%Identifying and then preferentially reinforcing critical lines in a given power system are very important for preventing the power system from a blackout or large-area outages and improving its secure and reliable operation. Under this background,this paper proposes 5 indexes for evaluating critical lines of complex regional power networks,i.e. the changes of the agglomeration degree,the changes of spinning tree, the connection importance of lines, the changes of transmission efficiency and the weighted flow betweenness of lines, with the topological structure and operation state of the system considered. The evaluation indexes can comprehensively take the impacts of various aspects on identification results of critical lines into consideration, which could overcome the limitation of a single evaluation index. Then, the CRITIC (criteria importance through intercriteria correlation) method is adopted to determine the evaluation weights of indexes,and the entropy weight and Kendall coefficient are employed to respectively measure the contrast intensity in and the conflicts among indexes. The inter-degree measure method is used to evaluate transmission lines synthetically and identify critical lines. Finally,a regional power system in Guangdong is utilized to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
