考虑无功资源协同优化的配电网分布式可再生能源双层规划模型

         

摘要

The matching degree between large-scale integration of distributed renewable energy (DRE) and the existing control ability of distribution network has a great influence on the consumption of DREs.Conventionally,the planning of DREs didn't take the existing reactive power resources into account,which lowers the facility utilization.In operation,although DREs served as the voltage control measure,their consumption at a high proportion level didn't realize.Thus a two-layer model considering the existing reactive power resources will be adopted to maximize the profit of the DREs and improve the voltage quality of distribution network.Case study in the modified IEEE 33-bus distribution network demonstrates the rationality and effectiveness of the proposal.%分布式可再生能源(distributed renewable energy,DRE)的大规模接入与网络运行控制能力匹配与否是影响DRE消纳的重要因素.传统DRE规划研究大都忽略了配电网已配置大量无功资源的现状,易造成设备利用效率低;而运行层面中,虽将DRE作为电压无功调控手段,但未能兼顾DRE高比例消纳.因此,文章在考虑现有无功资源的情况下建立DRE双层规划模型,旨在实现DRE收益最大化的同时提高配电网电压质量.IEEE 33节点配电网系统算例验证了所提模型及方法的有效性与合理性.
