故障指示器的无线通信与低功耗实现

         

摘要

In order to reduce the users loss caused by grid failure, achieve real-time monitor for the line, and raise the level of power supply, a fault indicator with wireless communication function is designed in this paper, where five communication frequencies, 505M, 506M, 507M, 508M, 509MHz are selectable, with its communication dis-tance not less than 200 m in the open outdoor environment. Compared with the traditional fault indicator, it uses the fault detection technology with better accuracy and a power supply system with triple structure, which combines CT power and high-capacity lithium battery and super capacitor and adopts optimization operation Mode. Experi-mental studies have shown that the accuracy of the fault indicator operation is raised up to 97. 3%, while the cur-rent consumption is reduced to 30uA;ultimately, the fault indicator achieves wireless communication, which great-ly improves the accuracy of fault diagnosis, and reduces battery consumption, and ensures it stably work for about 10 years on distribution lines.%针对10 kV配电网,为了减少电网故障对用户造成的损失,实现对线路故障的实时监测,提高供电水平,设计了一种新型的具有无线通信功能的故障指示器,利用Si1003芯片优越的RF性能实现505、506、507、508、509 MHz 5个通信频率可选择,在空旷的室外环境下通信距离不低于200 m,与传统的故障指示器相比,采用了高准确率的故障检测技术和三重结构电源系统, CT取电与超级电容和大容量锂电池相结合的方式供电,以及优化运行方式;实验研究显示故障指示器动作的准确性高达97.3%,功耗电流降低为30 uA;所以最终实现了故障指示器的无线通信功能,大大提高了故障判断准确率,降低了电池的消耗,可保证故障指示器在配电线路上安稳工作10年。
