协同设计工作流与知识库集成系统的研究

         

摘要

Collaborative design and knowledge management has become an important field of research at home and abroad. Most researches focus on the achive knowledge base or collaborative design workflow respectively. Little attention has been paid on the integration of knowledge in the process of collaborative workflow as a whole system. Neithere has there been an overall plan to combine the two systems or an appropriate way to combine them technically. The main content of this paper is the design and implementation of an integrated system of collaborative design workflow and knowledge database. The purpose of this article is to establish a linkage mechanism that can co-operate collaborative design workflow and knowledge base and make them complement each other. This mechanism applies such methods as keyword search, workflow user view and the management of process versions. Eventually, the designer can retrieve actively or be informed of relevant information on historical blueprints, documents and standards from the knowledge base, while at the same time collecting and accumulating knowledge.%协同设计、知识管理己成为国内外重要的研究领域。但是针对工作流协同过程中与知识的协同则研究较少,多是单纯的依靠归档知识库系统或者协同工作流系统,缺乏一个整体的规划和恰当的技术切合点。本文的研究内容主要是协同设计工作流与知识库集成系统的设计。目的是建立协同设计工作流与知识库的联动机制,互为补充。其中运用属性关键词查找、工作流用户视图、协同设计过程版本管理等方法,最终实现设计人员在相应的流程环节中从知识库中主动获取或者知识库主动推送相关历史图纸、文档、标准化规范等知识信息,同时实现在过程中对知识信息的收集、积累与继承。
