本文介绍了内压直管最小壁厚计算公式及适用条件，分析了工程设计中内压直管最小壁厚计算公式，指出了GB 50764、DL/T 5054、DL/T 5366标准中内压直管最小壁厚计算公式与ASME B31.1不同处；说明超超临界机组仪表导管壁厚计算依据应是ASME B31.1，且仪表导管应选用接近的较厚壁厚。%This paper introduces the minimum wall thickness calculation equation of the straight pipe under internal pressure and its application condition, analyses the minimum wall thickness calculation equation of the straight pipe under internal pressure for the project design, and points out the difference of the minimum wall thickness equations between GB 50764, DL/T 5054, DL/T 5366 and ASME B31.1;Calculation of Ultra-supercritical unit impulse pipe wall thickness should be based on the ASME B31.1, and the next heavier commercial wall thickness of the impulse pipe should be selected.
