一起汽轮机断油烧瓦事故的调查及处理

         

摘要

ATurbine lubricating oil system is important to guarantee the safe operation of the steam turbine. System failure will cause the interruption of oil and burning accident. This paper briefly introduced injector pump and main pump cannot supply the oil normally in the switching process and caused the burning accident in the debugging process of a 135MW steam turbine. Thepaper investigated the incident and analyzed the reasons for not normally supplying oil. And then checked and measured the wear and tear of bush and compiled the processing scheme of bearing replacement and lubricating oil system. From ensuring that the rotor turns normally, bearing processing, oil system checking and oiliflter processing, high pressure steam seal processing and rotor position to promise no bend shaft, shaft center no changing and oil system cleaning. After the processing, switched on and debugged and then concluded the ideal result temperature and vibration is normal.%汽轮机润滑油系统是保证汽轮机安全运行的重要系统,系统故障会造成断油烧瓦事故。文章简述了某135MW汽轮机调试过程中,高启油泵与主油泵切换过程中不能正常供油所引起的断油烧瓦事故,调查了事故的经过,分析了不能正常供油的原因。检查、测量轴瓦的磨损情况,编制轴瓦更换及润滑油系统处理方案,从保证转子正常盘车、轴瓦处理、油系统检查及滤油处理、高压汽封处理、转子定位几个方面进行处理,保证不弯轴,轴系中心不发生变化及油系统清洁。处理后开机调试,瓦温及振动正常,结果理想。
