余热锅炉?分析与汽水系统参数优化研究

         

摘要

We use the total exergy value maximum of waste heat boiler can recover from gas turbine exhaust as the objective function for the waste heat boiler steamwater system parameter optimization method research.We analyzed the performance parameters of the waste heat boiler and related factors by the way of thermal analysis about heat recovery of waste heat boiler.We use the three pressure reheat waste heat boiler for example for maximum exergy recovery performance optimization.The analysis shows that the two pressure system thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency is higher than the single pressure system, three pressure system is higher than two pressure system;Reheat system thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency is higher than the without reheat system, while the efficiency of reheat system of three pressure system is just about of the two pressure system.%以余热锅炉所能回收燃机排气总值最大为目标函数,进行余热锅炉汽水系统参数优化方法的研究。通过对余热锅炉的热回收的热力学过程分析,分析影响余热锅炉性能参数的有关因素,以三压再热余热锅炉系统的实例,进行回收最大为目标函数的性能优化。分析表明,双压汽水系统的热效率和效率要比单压系统的高,三压系统比双压要高;再热系统的热效率和效率比无再热的要高,而三压和双压再热系统的基本相当。
