Starting from the scope and content of smart substation design, the system architecture and function distribution of secondary system for smart substation are analyzed. Design patterns and expression methods of secondary system for smart substation are studied and compared with conventional substation. Working drawings design cycle of secondary system for smart substation have been confirmed, which is good for standardized and normalized designs of secondary systems in smart substations.%本文从智能变电站设计所涉及的范围和内容入手，分析了智能变电站二次系统的架构体系、硬件功能分布及结构特点，研究了智能变电站的设计模式及表达方法，并与传统变电站二次系统设计进行了对比，明确了智能变电站二次系统设计的设计流程，有利于智能变电站二次系统设计的规范化和标准化。
