SCR脱硝过程中副产物的生成与控制研究

         

摘要

The SCR denitrification catalyst 's characteristic is discussed comprehensively. V2 O5/TiO2 catalyst 's denitrification performance and the reaction mechanism are introduced, which is one of the best denitrification catalysts in the SCR reaction, concluded by analyzing the reactant that SCR denitrification system in accord-ance with the mechanism of Eley-Rideal ( the mechanism of E-R) to participate in the reaction. The side effects in SCR denitrification process are discussed, such as the formation of SO3 , NH3 slip, and the reasons for the formation of ABS ( ammonium bisulfate) and mechanism of ABS affecting catalyst activity are summa-rized. Proposed control ing the output of SO3 by injection of alkaline absorbents ( e. g. CaO, MgO, etc. ) , ad-just NH3/ NOx molar ratios to reduce the amount of ammonia slip and reasonable control ing of the reaction tem-perature and proper air preheater reformation to slow down the formation of ABS, ABS is one of important by-products in the SCR denitrification system.%论述了SCR脱硝催化剂特点,介绍了SCR脱硝反应的V2 O5/TiO2催化剂的脱硝性能,通过分析得出SCR脱硝系统中的反应物是按照Eley-Rideal机理(即E-R机理)参与反应。探讨了SCR脱硝过程中的副产物,如SO3的形成、NH3逃逸及ABS(硫酸氢铵)的形成原因,总结了ABS的相关温度研究进展以及ABS对催化床和空预器等的腐蚀与危害。提出了可通过喷入碱性吸收剂(如CaO、MgO等)控制SO3量、调整NH3/ NOx 摩尔比来降低氨逃逸、合理控制反应温度并进行适当的空预器改造来减缓脱硝副产物ABS的生成。
