To improve the economic operation level of FGD system,arouse the energy saving and consumption reducing work enthusiasm of operators,and optimize the operation mode and parameters adjustment. Through summarizing long - term operating experience from FGD system of yangliuqing power plant,analyzed the desul-furization operation cost such as pol utant charge,power consumption,powder consumption and water con-sumption,to determine the key index and the index weight of FGD system operation efficiency assessment,and improve the assessment method of economic operation of FGD system. Thus it can provide system guarantee for improving the management level of FGD system,in addition,it could lower energy consumption index of des-ulfurization in ensuring the premise of environmental protection and safety.%为进一步提高 FGD 系统运行经济水平，调动运行人员节能降耗的工作积极性，优化运行方式和参数调整。通过总结杨柳青电厂 FGD 系统长期运行经验，分析影响脱硫运行成本的排污费用、电耗、粉耗、水耗等主要因素，确定对 FGD 系统运行经济性进行评价和考核的关键指标及指标权重，完善 FGD 系统经济运行考核方法。从而为提高FGD 系统运行管理水平提供制度保障，在确保环保、安全的前提下，降低脱硫各项能耗指标，达到降本增效目的。
