超超临界机组平朔煤掺配掺烧及煤灰固硫试验研究

         

摘要

Blended Pingshuo coal and Indonesia coal and hlended Pingshuo coal and Mongolia coal are burned in u l000-MW ultra-supereritical unit in a power plant for comparison with conventional Indonesia coal to analyse the adaptability and sulfur-fixing rate of the unit. The unit shows good adaptability with normal coal pulverizing system and normal main steam and reheat steam parameters after the Pingshuo coal is blended in. The slagging condition is improved significantly, and the pulverizing electric consumption per calorific value is decreased, hut the boiler efficiency is decreased slightly with the flue gas loss and the mechanism inadequacy hunting loss increases. The sulfur-fixing rate of Pingshuo coal and Mongolia coal blending is 9.23 percent, which is significant Tor decreasing the emission concentration of SO2 and the desulphurization cost. However, the Pingshuo coal and Indonesia coal blending shows almost no sulfur-fixing effect. The sulfur-fixing rate hy power plant tests is much lower than that by lab tests because the furnace temperature is much higher than the decomposition temperature of CaSO4.%在1000 MW超超临界机组上进行平朔煤与印尼煤,平朔煤与蒙煤掺配掺烧试验,并以常用印尼煤作为对比,得到电厂燃用平朔煤机组适应性及煤灰固硫特性.试验结果表明:平朔煤掺入后机组适应性良好,制粉系统,主蒸汽及再热蒸汽参数正常,炉膛结渣问题明显改善,且单位发热量制粉电耗较低,但排烟损失及机械未完全燃烧损失增加,锅炉效率略有下降;平朔煤与蒙煤掺配后固琉率达9.23%,固硫效果对SO2排放浓度及脱硫成本降低明显,而平朔煤与印尼煤掺配后几乎无固硫效果.由于电厂炉膛温度高于CaSO4受热分解温度,电厂试验固硫率低于实验室试验固硫率.
