基于超短期风电功率预测的风电场自动发电控制

         

摘要

A new strategy of autmatic generation control(AGC)for wind farms was proposed on ultra-short-term wind-power forecasts,which can solve the access problem of large-scale wind farms to grids in the existing real-time dispatching mode of power systems. The equally consumed energy increase ratio theory was introduced, and an optimization model was established for the output distribution of the power system with wind power, which integrate wind farms as the equivalent AGC units into the existing operation control framework, so as to enhance the operation control capability of the entire power system. The feasibility of this method was verified by example results.%从风电场的实际情况出发,针对现有电力系统实时调度模式下大规模风电场并网调度难题,提出基于超短期风电功率预测的风电场自动发电控制(ACC)方法.引入等耗量微增率理论,建立了含风电场的电力系统发电出力分配的优化模型,使风电场作为等效的自动发电控制机组融入现有电力系统调度控制框架,增强整个电力系统的运行控制能力.算例结果验证了所提方法的可行性.
